We live near some local farms where we are able to pick our own and do what we like with the produce we harvest. My favorite memories of first tasting amazing strawberries was the chocolate covered morsels that just melt in your mouth. Oh it was better than anything you can imagine. I felt embrassed eating them in public. Oh my the dread sin of enjoyment and a belly tickle at the same time. Just too many things moving at once. I think having them in the morning is really just a spendid idea.
Enjoy your sunday!
Love,
Linda's Daughter KimAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7406873594415034034.post-52234169181963133472012-06-03T00:33:17.285-07:002012-06-03T00:33:17.285-07:00Produce auction? IT's strawberry season here now, but the stores have the big, coarse commercially grown berries - pretty but not all that tasty. Friends have the wee wild berries, but they are good for an occasional berry snack, not for an actual harvest or jelly-making. Elderberry jelly? I want to hear how you make that!Fern Driscollhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12417002529475962869noreply@blogger.com
